Zine
Hyper
Hyper is a self-created visually stimulating zine communicating how the Digital Revolution has challenged our attitudes towards religion and how this is shaping celebrities as 21st-century gods. Injected with a striking sense of satirical humour, we mock teen’s devotion to a hyperreality, forming modern day disciples who religiously worship their idols.
We invite those of you who remember a time before the universal devotion to pieces of metal and glass, bound together and branded the iPhone, to have a laugh in the face of the technology vultures that we have become and the celebrity culture in which consumes our lives.
